In the meantime, try this 15-day TYB challenge to help you slow down and explore different grounding tools.

I created TYB Challenges to help bring like-minded people together, all while having fun by commiting to a challenge together. The idea is that we all can learn from each other’s experiences, and stories, and the Challenge serves as a platform to do that in a fun way. TYB Challenges can be anywhere from 15-31 days. They happen a few times a year and are an opportunity to challenge yourself to new mindset practices with other people who value mindset training. In the TYB Challenge you can expect:

  • Weekly workshops/check-in points

  • A calendar of daily challenges to help you learn, grow, and step out of your comfort zone

  • Applied tools and strategies to add to your own mindset practice routine

  • Powerful reflection questions to help you learn more about yourself and develop self-awareness skills

  • Brainstorming with your peers, and discussing challenges, as well as sharing wins!

  • Access to the TYB online community
