Here’s What You’ll Get:

🌿 2 x 30-Minute Live Sessions (Recording available):
Join us for two live, interactive sessions.
Dec. 1-11:30am EST: I’ll go over the challenge, what to expect, the practices of the week, the resources we’ll be using, as well as answer any questions you might have.
Dec. 28-10am EST: A final get-together to reflect on the journey together and create action once the challenge is over.

🌿 Weekly Themed Challenges:
Each week, dive into a new theme designed to help you slow down, from mindfulness and movement to journaling and self-reflection. I will be sending a pre-recorded video on Week 2, 3, and 4 to explain the exercises of the week.

🌿 Daily Bite-Sized Challenges:
Simple, actionable tasks to help you incorporate meditation, yoga, journaling, and mindfulness into your routine—no matter how busy you are.

🌿 Community:
You will be added to the Train Your Brain community on Slack in order to continue to connect throughout the challenge - share wins, resources, insights and more.

🌿 Office Hours (new!):
On December 11th and 18th, drop in during the new Office Hours between 12:30 and 1pm EST. Connect with the community, share wins, ask questions, or come in just to say Hi. This space is to help support eachother during the middle of the challenge.
