Jenna is a Certified Pilates Instructor and passionate movement coach, currently in the exciting early stages of building her business. With a background in elite-level sport—including national competitions and Canada Games—Jenna understands the power of discipline, resilience, and community.

After retiring from competitive athletics at 18, she spent years navigating the identity shift that comes with leaving sport behind. Now, she’s channeling that journey into something meaningful: creating a space where others can reconnect with their strength, move with confidence, and feel empowered in their bodies.

Jenna’s mission is to build a community rooted in movement, support, and strength—physically and mentally. As a young entrepreneur, she’s eager to connect with other women in business, share experiences, and grow through collaboration. She also hopes to inspire others her age to pursue their passions fearlessly, trust their gut, and take that first leap—even when the path feels uncertain.

She’s now collaborating on events such as SheLeads with Camille—her Mental Performance Coach—bringing their shared values full circle. Jenna is excited to meet like-minded people, continue learning, and create spaces where movement and mindset come together to uplift and empower.

Founder, Mtl Latte Heart & Biscuilatte Café

Stephanie  is the founder of Mtl Latte Heart and Biscuilatte Café, a creative coffee and cookie concept rooted in mindfulness and community. Based in Montreal, she built her business while working full-time in national radio advertising, navigating the realities of doing it alone with heart and resilience.

What began as an online blog and coffee crawls evolved into a deep connection with Montreal’s café culture. In 2024 she launched Café Malté, a seasonal pop-up in a shipping container in St-Henri that became a space for creativity and connection.

After closing that chapter, Stephanie shifted back online, and now to a pop-up café model, continuing to grow her brand through pop-ups and collaborations. Her work blends soulful storytelling, movement, and creativity as she builds toward a permanent space filled with warmth, purpose, and possibility.
