Danielle Levy is a Personal Chef and Holistic Health Practitioner, helping people integrate intuitive nourishment, stress management, and gentle movement into their daily lives. Her cooking services are inspired by the plant world, creating balanced, nourishing meals that support overall well-being. Whether through personalized meal preparation or holistic health guidance, Danielle’s intention is to help people flourish - inside and out.

To Danielle, health and well-being are rooted in the mindful practice of cultivating balance. Inspired by this, she designed a special menu for participants that offers a variety of flavours and textures, while also providing a nourishing meal. We can feel good, mentally and physically, as well as feel more confident in our self-care when we fuel ourselves well.

Retreat Schedule

This is a day designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

You can expect meaningful connection, intentional movement, nature, and soulful conversations. You'll be guided through reflective exercises, group workshops, and grounding practices—some playful, some powerful—all designed to support your confidence from the inside out.
