Her experience as an athlete, educator, and personal trainer, make her a consultant with a wide variety of skills that help support the people she works with.

Her competitive experience in basketball, rugby, running and olympic lifting, makes her a consultant that truly understands the importance of training the brain and maintaining a sport-life balance. She knows what it's like to be a student-athlete and is driven to educate and share mental skills tools with young athletes in order to help them build skills for life.

  • Charles Miller, CMPC (Miller Consulting)

Charles's background and experience as an elite competitive basketball player represent an essential asset of his approach, understanding the demand of current student-athletes, performers and high-achieving individuals.

Charles's approach focuses on self-control, having a solution-oriented mindset, establishing the right goals and habits, while developing a deep mental toolbox to embrace all situations.
