For over 9 years, I've been empowering high-level athletes, particularly women in sport, to overcome mental barriers. My experience working with the Rugby Canada 7s women's team and various university-level athletes has shaped my approach, utilizing sport psychology to offer tools and strategies that help you stay calm, focused, and confident, enabling your best performance when it counts.

I've discovered that these mental skills benefit everyone, not just athletes. Learning to be present, confident, and grounded are essential life skills rarely taught in school.

Personally, adopting these mindset practices has been transformative, helping me navigate challenges in athletic pursuits, motherhood, and entrepreneurship.

My mission is to share these skills with you, empowering you to excel in what you do best. Through 1on1 coaching, workshops, and specialized programs, I provide mental skills training rooted in the belief that less is more.
