For over a decade, I have served as a Mental Performance Consultant for some of the world’s most intense performers. I’ve stood on the sidelines with elite athletes, backstage with professional musicians, and in the boardroom with high-level leaders, helping them navigate pressure and perform at their peak.

As a former athlete, I understood that world. I understood the drive, the discipline, and the addiction to the hustle.

But the game changed when I became a mother.
