For over 7 years I’ve been helping high-level athletes learn how to get out of their own way. Using mental skills training based on sport psychology research, I teach tools and strategies that can help you feel calm, yet focused, brave, yet confident, and most importantly help you show up as your best self when it matters the most.

Now after 7 years I’ve also come to realize how much of an impact these same mental skills have on just about anyone - athlete or not. Learning to feel more present, confident, in control, and grounded are definitely life-long skills in my books… ones we don’t learn in school.

Changing the way I think, and applying mindset practices in my own endeavors as an athlete, has equipped me in ways I couldn’t imagine in order to better navigate injuries, motherhood, and building my own business.

 My mission is to share these mindsets shifts and skills with you so you can get out of your own way, and focus on what you do best. Through individual coaching, workshops, and specialized programs, I use mental skills training that is grounded in the belief that less is more.

  • I created TYB Challenges to help bring like-minded people together, all while having fun by commiting to a challenge together. The idea is that we all can learn from each other’s experiences, and stories, and the Challenge serves as a platform to do that in a fun way. TYB Challenges can be anywhere from 21-31 days. They happen a few times a year and are an opportunity to challenge yourself to new mindset practices with other people who value mindset training. In the TYB Challenge you can expect:

    • Weekly workshops/check-in points

    • A calendar of daily challenges to help you learn, grow, and step out of your comfort zone

    • Applied tools and startegies to add to your own mindset practice routine

    • Powerful reflection questions to help you learn more about yourself and develop self-awareness skills

    • Brainstorming with your peers, and discussing challenges, as well as sharing wins!

    These sessions happen monthly and are aimed to create a space for 1:1 clients to come together and discuss challenges, stories, wins, and anything else that might come up. All 1:1 clients who have committed to 3-12 month coaching have access Hto these sessions for free. Anyone is allowed to drop-in and be part of this conversation for $40. You can expect to be left with resources (books, podcasts, articles), and tools to add to your practice. My ultimate goal with these sessions are for you to connect with others through sharing your mindset experiences, and feel less alone in the challenges that you’re facing.

  • Mental Performance Coaching services are available for teams and organizations with the goal of supporting the team’s specific needs. Through a series of workshops, and 1:1 coaching my role is to help you..
    1) understand how mental skills training can benefit your performance
    2) show up as your best by teaching you tools and perspectives to help build confidence, manage emotions, and tap into flow

Camille is a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) with a Masters degree in Performance and Sport psychology, and a teaching diploma. She is a professional member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Assocation, and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. 

Camille has worked with musicians, athletes, coaches, children, and business leaders. Her experience as an athlete, educator, and personal trainer, make her a consultant with a wide variety of skills to adapt to your individual needs.

She completed the well-known Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction program which has helped her appreciate meditation, as she believes that it is key in cultivating mindfulness, and essentially in improving overall performance.

Her competitive experience in basketball, rugby, running and olympic lifting, makes her a consultant that truly understands the importance of training the brain and maintaining a sport-life balance. She knows what it's like to be a student-athlete and is driven to educate and share mental skills tools with young athletes in order to help them grow both on and off the field.
